SDC Track I, II and III: The Supervisor TRANSFORMS with a Winner Attitude
To equip supervisors on how to manage people in the organization with the right attitude and in accordance to moral governance, the Bangsamoro Ministry of Public Works (MPW-BARMM) requested the Civil Service Commission-ARMM to conduct the two-week Supervisory Development Track I, II and III Seminar-Workshop for employees of the Ministry.
Participated by almost a hundred employees from the MPW-BARMM Regional Office and District Engineering Offices of Maguindanao 1st and 2nd District, the seminar-workshop was held from October 7-19, 2019 in the Crystal Hall, Em Manor Hotel and Convention Center, Cotabato City.
Headed by CSC Commissioner Leopoldo Roberto Valderosa, Jr., the following speakers are those who imparted their knowledge to contribute to the improvement of the MPW-BARMM Supervisors to become achiever with a winner attitude:

· Human Resource Department Chief Rhodora Caliso
· Senior HR Specialist Monette Estacio-Kari
· Senior HR Specialist Ian Philip Zurita
Grouped into four teams – the One, Lion, Achievers and Transformers, the participants worked hard on becoming better supervisors by exploring their hidden strengths and mastering the value of enhancing their personal effectiveness. They were able to work harmoniously in creatively completing their everyday tasks as they get to know their colleagues better.
With the variety of employees in the government, the supervisor should know the right approach in order to steer the team into reaching the agency’s goals. To be an effective supervisor, the following skills set should be developed:

S- trategist and Analyser
F- acilitator and Originator of Change
R- esource Manager
The two-week courses of the seminar-workshop include working in Enhancing Personal effectiveness through Personal Management, Improving Leadership through Personnel Empowerment, and Conquering Fears by becoming an Effective Speaker through Powerful Winning Presentations.
