Roughly two decades had passed, the once bailiwick of Moro struggle and self-determination which grazed into the ground during Estrada’s all-out war against the Moro Islamic Liberation Front in 2000, now, transforms from a conflict zone into peaceful and promising haven of development and tourism opportunities benefiting the deprived residents of Barira.The concreting of access road to Bubuludtua falls phase ll, is proposed under the 2021, Block Grant. These projects will help promote tourist sites in the municipalities of Barira and Butig and give the residents better opportunities in delivering their goods without hassle and save on transportation costs of their crops and increase their income.
