He envisions an effective workforce of society’s builders and planners responsive to the development needs of the Bangsamoro equipped with thrust of moral governance.
Minister Guerra strives to uphold the agency’s commitment by capitalizing the workforce’s capacity and ingenuity and adapting a multi-tier planning that would usher progress and development for all.
