A team of technical officials from the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) recently conducted a project monitoring site visits in the first and second districts of Lanao del Sur. The team was led by Deputy Minister Abdul Maomit M. Tomawis and Bangsamoro Director General Engr. Danilo A. Ong, along with Engr. Nazer P. Ebus, Director for Operations and Infrastructure Services, Engr. Tarhata P. Kalim, Chief of Construction Division, and Engr. Johary N. Panambulan, Chief of the Internal Audit Division, among others.
The primary aim of the visit was to monitor and validate the current status of various projects on the ground and to address any issues encountered during the implementation process. This is in line with the MPW’s commitment to ensuring the smooth and swift implementation of its projects.
In addition to the site visits, the team also held meetings with the two District Engineers, Engr. Abolcair S. Langilao of Lanao del Sur 1st District Engineering Office (DEO) and Engr. Maldamin B. Decampong of Lanao del Sur 2nd DEO altogether with DEO’s section heads. These discussions centered on resolving problems encountered during the implementation of projects and strategizing on how to expedite the implementation process.
The proactive approach by the MPW’s technical officials underscores their dedication to maintaining the highest standards of project implementation and ensuring the timely completion of infrastructure developments in Lanao del Sur.
